Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 30, 2026

01 Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once the agreed-upon non-refundable booking fee (deposit) has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Elixir Cocktail Bar.

The booking fee secures our services for your specific date and time and is deducted from the total balance of your package.

02 Payment Terms

The remaining balance of the total contract price must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date. For bookings made with less than 21 days' notice, full payment is required immediately upon booking.

Failure to settle the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking and the loss of the booking fee.

03 Cancellations & Postponements

Should you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days prior: Loss of booking fee only.
  • Cancellation between 14 and 30 days prior: 50% of the total balance is due.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days prior: 100% of the total balance is due.

Postponements are treated as a cancellation of the original date. While we will endeavor to accommodate the new date, a new booking may be required and availability is not guaranteed.

04 Venue & Access Requirements

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the venue allows outside bar services and provides adequate space and power supply for our setup (specifically for LED bar units and refrigeration). We require access to the venue at least 2-3 hours prior to the start time for setup.

Safe and clear parking for unloading and loading of equipment must be provided close to the service area.

05 Licensing & Alcohol Consumption

Elixir Cocktail Bar operates in strict accordance with the Licensing Act 2003. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age (18). A "Challenge 25" policy is in effect; please ensure your guests have valid ID.

Any licensing fees (TENs) required for the venue are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.

06 Liability & Breakages

Elixir Cocktail Bar is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to property during the event, unless caused by the direct negligence of our staff. The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment or bar structure caused by guests.

Significant breakages of premium glassware may be charged to the client at a flat rate replacement cost after the event.

By confirming your booking with Elixir Cocktail Bar, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
